  Friendly's food and service have both deteriorated over the last several years. I have been in this Friendly's several times in the last year and nothing about it pleased me. The food is now mediocre - at best. The service is dour and cold; more than one waiter or waitress appeared unkempt and sweaty, and the place itslef was pretty scruffy - with food, scraps of paper and straws on the floor, dirty, wet tables, etc. Not going back.
