I'm still confused. The day after the storm, the governor said it was a hurricane and no insurance company could charge a deductible. Now he says it was a superstorm and insurance companies are charging deductibles and paying nothing. Just what is the definition of a superstorm. What has FEMA done? What has the State done? It seems like people from outside the state are getting paid to work in NJ doing road jobs. But nobdy is fixing the houses of the poor.
